New Year - new point of view

 We are in the month of February. This year started with 4 deaths for my family. It has been rough but God is able. 

I have started to rebrand and to get a new perspective of my business. Grant it, it has not been officially launched as yet but I am doing things differently.

I always work with paper and to create things. I also loved creating things from other things some may call it recycling.

The other aspect that I need to add in my business is my faith. The question is what does my business say about my faith in God?

Keeping those questions on mind, I am searching and still is in the understanding portion of it.

Given the new stance I was betwixt what to do for Valentine's day. I usually do cards and do a promo at the supermarket. This time I prayed about it and I was impressed to do something conveying the greatest love story ever. No valentine is bigger or better than this one. 



The funny thing is I am not a painter, I always drew and created things
 It is my first official painting. I will have to refine it along with the words.
In looking at it, it looks as of there is a silhouette of a man looking on at the cross. It is a wall hanging. Let me see what I am impressed to do with it.

First Craft Booth Exhibition

 It was February, Valentine's it was, and for those who are asking we are taking a trip down memory lane. I use to go to the All Saint's West Marketplace and help my sister decorate and set up her area, I may help her pack up or out and clean up etc. This time I decided to participate. The idea was to have an entry product which will be bookmarks, then I have T-Slide cards, Pyramid boxes, Explosion boxes small and large. I separated my tent into two parts using palletts and curtains I decorated one side to look like a photo booth and I was on the other side. The set up was a little testing for me and my first. I had to pin everything down with push pins, the wind was so high. On showcase that day were these cards! My husband was helpful and creative, we hooked up a speaker to the strip and the strip went into the cigarette lighter and we created an ad right there on the spot.  Cleo's Gift Productions is my business, I am currently in the process of registering it. My goal is to one day go into the different business stores and see my products being offered and to also be in the international market.   My objectives are:  To create personalized greeting cards to suit the personality of my customers.  To bring a smile on my customer's face through my creativity  by expanding my offering.   To be a household name locally, regionally and internationally.  To teach others the ancient art of Quilling.
