Cleo's Gift Production

 I came across this craft on Pinterest and it grabbed my attention but I have done it on paper before using embroidery thread and a needle.  This is the first time I did it on board using nails and actual thread.  What do y ou think of my first on wood? I have tried it before on paper, it looks....? What say you? I was making a table top frame for my children's teachers. Watch this space for more. Now it is Day 2 and I am with mu Visual Arts class and we will be doing string art this term..

 As a crafter, when you come across new experiences, one would always want to try. At this point in time, I have been actively assisting my students in the subject of Visual Arts at the Form 4 level. In assisting with the subject one's creativity get sparked very often. The picture below is of their achievement during the first term. Last term we did embroidery stitches.  The students seem to enjoy it and the subject as peaked some interest into entrepreneurship for some of them. They have just began to talk but with support and help they can make it.
