Cleo's Gift Production

 It was February, Valentine's it was, and for those who are asking we are taking a trip down memory lane. I use to go to the All Saint's West Marketplace and help my sister decorate and set up her area, I may help her pack up or out and clean up etc. This time I decided to participate. The idea was to have an entry product which will be bookmarks, then I have T-Slide cards, Pyramid boxes, Explosion boxes small and large. I separated my tent into two parts using palletts and curtains I decorated one side to look like a photo booth and I was on the other side. The set up was a little testing for me and my first. I had to pin everything down with push pins, the wind was so high. On showcase that day were these cards! My husband was helpful and creative, we hooked up a speaker to the strip and the strip went into the cigarette lighter and we created an ad right there on the spot. Usually the traffic at the Market place is heavy but it was a rainy day, it rained for most of the afte...

 This event happened since last year so we are taking a trip down memory lane. I was browsing through some pictures on  my computer and came across these pictures and this video. The story behind of these pictures is given the fact that I am an entrepreneur, the teacher was talking about jobs and work. It was a regular school day but I set up during lunch, then I told the students what I do besides teaching, showed them some of my cards then we all took turns taking pictures with the quilled heart selfie frame. It was the first time that I spoke about my business to children and I certainly don't want it to be the last. We ended up making shutterfold cards for mother's day that time.  There are many things that happen around that time, as I am cleaning out my google photos I will post accordingly.  

        An entrepreneur is always looking for ways to improve whether it be the business or the product . My business is Cleo's Gift Production, I create greeting cards and gifts. I w ent looking only to realize that they were not accepting applicants for any new workshop s .  O ne day I received an email and that was the start of a new venture.    I t has been an eye opener. The first thing that stood out to me is the elevator pitch. I speak fast and sometimes my speech is not clear.
